Flickering Quasars Used To Measure Universe Expansion | Video

Using gravitational lensing, astronomers have imaged distant quasars with the Hubble Space Telescope. “Relative time between two flickers is correctly represented in this animation, in reality the delays are in the range of days to two weeks,” according to the Hubble team. [Full Story]
